    ASSESSMENT
    Developing Leaders starts with a substantial and accurate assessment of how a leader us performing as perceived mostly by the people who are the recipients of his/her leadership style.  To conduct this 360 assessment  we use whatever technology is needed.  Whether it's IVR, online, scanned, faxed, mailed, or oral, we collect the data so each Leader can look at the mirror.  As Tim Broadwell says, "You've never seen your chin before.  You needed a vehicle called a mirror to show you what your chin looked like.  Likewise, we have never been the recipients of our own leadership style, because we are the leaders using that style."
